Bologna Airport now has a Lamborghini Huracán Evo

The airport’s previous ‘Follow Me’ car was a standard Huracán. Now much improved

You might currently know that Bologna Flight terminal has an instead special relationship with Lamborghini. Back in 2019, for example, Lambo gifted the airport terminal a Huracán to serve as a ‘Follow Me’ cars and truck guiding in guest aircrafts from the runway.

As a matter of fact, that was really the sixth automobile that Lambo had actually provided for the duty, so normally it’s back with yet an additional. As well as obviously, the only way to replace a Huracán is with a Huracán Evo …

Yep, the fortunate so-and-sos that operate at the airport will upgrade from their ‘common’ 572bhp rear-wheel drive Huracán to the current (and also much more effective) four-wheel drive Evo. Better for damp days on the path.

The Evo uses the exact same naturally-aspirated 5.2-litre V10 as in the past, but it now creates 631bhp and 442lb ft of torque for an improved 0-62mph time of 2.9 secs. Better for racing aircrafts.

Lambo’s Centro Stile department has likewise had the paintbrushes out, sprucing up the Evo in a matte eco-friendly livery. Much better for camouflage on the runway– oh no wait, that’s an actual poor concept …

Fortunately there are also bright orange accents, flashing warning lights and a “Follow Me in Our Gorgeous Italy” message to aid the Huracán stand out. Thoughts, Web?
